Pittsburgh water is notoriously hard, leading to classic signs like cloudy glassware, limescale buildup on fixtures, stiff laundry, and premature wear on water heaters. Because hard water levels vary depending on your municipality’s water source, we perform an in-person water test right at your tap to determine your exact water conditions.

We operate on a flat rate of $2,995. Certain exceptions may be made due to factors such as water line locations, outdated plumbimg.

Yes, standard installation is completely free with no hidden fees. All installations are performed directly by our own trained, in-house technicians—never third-party subcontractors.

Our warranty covers the equipment for as long as you own your home. We build our systems to provide reliable, long-term performance so you won't have to worry about replacing your setup a few years down the road.

Softeners and filters handle different issues. Softeners remove minerals like calcium and magnesium that cause buildup and dry skin, while filters remove chlorine, unpleasant odors, and off-tastes. Most Pittsburgh homes benefit from both, which is why our all-in-one whole-home systems address hardness and filtration simultaneously. For well water, specialized treatment for iron and sulfur is available.

Most whole-home system installations take about 4 to 5 hours, while under-sink reverse osmosis units take roughly 1 to 2 hours. We schedule appointments at your convenience and leave your space clean when we're finished.
